Description: Excavate 25-foot diameter access shaft approx. 40 feet depth and install steel beam and lagging. Excavate and install 12-foot diameter steel beam and wood lagging intermediate shaft approx. 60 feet depth. Excavate and install 82-inch steel beam and lagging tunnel approx. 2,000 linear feet via Rock Boring Machine (RBM). Tunneling through Edwards Formation limestone in unconfined compressive strength (UCS) average 5,000 psi.
