We have found that in a culture based on high safety standards, workers create repetitive operating procedures. Repetition correlates directly with efficiency and increased productivity in the field. This is why we practice safety daily throughout our organization.

We strive to exceed the required safety regulations in this industry. North Star will always continue to build a culture of safety with continuous training of our employees. It is our mission to maintain a working environment where every employee, new and seasoned, takes responsibility to implement, enforce and model all safety guidelines in everything they do.

Each new employee will participate in an extensive orientation and safety training program. As part of this program, North Star provides both English and Spanish safety manuals and handbooks.
